As part of the placement you may complete a team-role questionnaire and short skills tests. We use the results to match your strengths with the requirements of positions and discuss them with you in person. No decision based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place: whether we propose you for a position is always decided by people after a personal conversation. Companies only see results as part of your anonymous profile, and under your name only with your consent.
Companies first receive an anonymous profile without your name. We only pass on your name and documents to a specific company with your explicit consent.
We store your application for as long as you wish to remain in our records, but no longer than 24 months after the last contact. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing bewerbung@consequens.at; we will then delete your data.
When you contact us as a company, we process your details to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If an assignment results, we keep the documents for the statutory retention periods.
When you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
